Many would argue that the name Jesus works alone for those are Christians alone, sorry, the Saving Power of the Name Jesus transcends all affiliations.
Call the Name Jesus, BELIEVE and there comes salvation for whatever you are going through!
‘And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. ‘ – Acts 2:21
And this was re-echoed by Paul to the Romans as below;
‘For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. ‘ – Romans 10:13
The general clause is, “whosoever” or “whoever” or “anyone. Now in the times of distress, trouble and fear of an end with a solution, you would not want to call a name you don’t believe in. Most especially, those moments is where value is placed on the last word(s).
The believe is in the calling and it’s a call that you are resolved and repented for saving. The words spoke by both Peter and Paul were long foretold by the Prophet Joel(Joel 2:32) and it is very evident in these days that we live in. People near death, near accident or near anything that seems beyond their human strength get to resolve to call on the Saving Power of the Name Jesus!
The words of the LORD to Jeremiah to all mankind came saying;
‘‘Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’’ – Jeremiah 33:3
This is a call by the individual who needs saving and not another on their behalf, no intercession works at this point but rather the individual requiring saving my confess it. Upon confession and believe then the Saving Power of the Name Jesus gets activated to do its job, the job of Salvation.
CAUTION: DO NOT CALL THE NAME OF THE LORD IN VAIN!!!
I pray you remember which name carries all the power for it had long been given to Him. Creation happened with the WORD and that WORD is JESUS; one with whom all power belongs. I urge you to align yourself right with where Power and Salvation is(Source) and not be running around only to find yourself in trouble before remembering the Source.
Dear Lord, Strengthen my feet in you, to be able to always enjoy the peace and prosperity for you being my salvation.
