Does The Company Offer Training and Development? \n\n\n\nAny question related to development shows that you're looking for longevity in the role and you're looking to improve your own skill set which makes you an asset for the employer. \n\n\n\n 4. What Sort Of Results Do You Expect From a New Employee In The First Month of Employment? \n\n\n\nAsking performance related questions shows that you're conscience of the expectations of the new organisation and you're keen to deliver. \n\n\n\n 5. Do You Have Any Reservations About Hiring Me For This Role? \n\n\n\nThis question I would implore you ask only if you feel like you have had a great interview, or it might come across as too forward. But if you feel like you have really flowed and connected with the interviewer then this is a good question to finish off the interview.
