The lifestyle of Jesus Christ pleased His Father, so then if He has reconciled us to the Father that we can live like Him and please Him, why then do you live a life contrary to what the House rules states?
Christ came into the world as a man yet did not corrupt Himself with the things of the World, after you were reconciled with God by Him, must you still go back and be conforming to the worldly things? Did Paul not state;
‘Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.’ – Romans 12:2 why are you still not heeding to the basics? Are you born again? Confessed your sins and sought and received forgiveness? Then….
‘Since you have heard about Jesus and have learned the truth that comes from him, throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. Put on your new nature, created to be like God—truly righteous and holy.’ – Ephesians 4:21-24.
‘So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. Don’t act thoughtlessly, but understand what the Lord wants you to do. ‘ – Ephesians 5:15-17

Be guided by the above since you already know what teaching you had received and have full knowledge of that which is sin and that which is pleasing and acceptable to our LORD. I join my faith with that of Apostle Paul and by what was inspired him and beseech you;
‘Finally, dear brothers and sisters, we urge you in the name of the Lord Jesus to live in a way that pleases God, as we have taught you. You live this way already, and we encourage you to do so even more. ‘ – 1 Thessalonians 4:1
