God always Keeps His Covenants – First of all you must understand that there are conditional and unconditional covenants made between God and man, either ways He still holds His end of the bargain. So just keep your end and enjoy His benefits.
Let me indulge you with Psalm 89:28-37
My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him.
His seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven.
If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments;
If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments;
Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.
Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail.
My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.
Once have I sworn by my holiness that I will not lie unto David(you, the chosen one)
His seed shall endure for ever, and his throne as the sun before me.
It shall be established for ever as the moon, and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah.
God always keeps His Covenants, so just abide!
God always presents us with a full package covenant and clearly defines the terms and conditions. Either ways He hold His end of the bargain. The question is would you abide and hold the end of your bargain?
He is God and will remain God, He won’t change to suit you so get it right and REPENT!!!
God had long thrown us a challenge and the interesting thing is that the challenge remains till date, if you think you otherwise read this from the Prophet Jeremiah,
‘“This is what the Lord says: If you can break my covenant with the day and the night so that one does not follow the other, only then will my covenant with my servant David be broken. Only then will he no longer have a descendant to reign on his throne. The same is true for my covenant with the Levitical priests who minister before me. ‘ – Jeremiah 33:20-21
God always Keeps His Covenants, repent for He says “believe and be saved” but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. ‘ John 3:18b
REPENT and ABIDE in GOD!!!
Dear LORD, give me the strength and the tenacity to abide in you always to be able to see your promised glory in my life.
