Ghana COVID 19 cases now 641 with 83 Recovered April 16 2020 – As at the late hours of 14th April 2020, 50,719 individuals in Ghana have been tested with 641 being positive for COVID-19.
The previous numbers were at 636 cases, thus the 5 new cases had been recorded within the following places; Adenta Municipality(1), (2) every from Ayawaso East Municipality(2) and Ayawaso Central Municipality(2).
Apart from one of many cases from Ayawaso East, all 4 new cases were asymptomatic. Contacts of the brand new cases are being listed for follow up.
Ghana COVID 19 cases now 641 with 83 Recovered April 16 2020 Breakdown
17 had been treated and reverted to negative on repeat checks and discharged.
66 have tested negative once and awaiting second check making a total 83 cases which were recovered /discharged.
548 cases have been categorised as “mild disease” and are on therapy.
2 are categorized as moderate to severe cases, none in vital state presently.
8 still remains the official death toll in Ghana for COVID 19.
Ghana COVID 19 cases now 641 with 83 Recovered April 16 2020 Regional Distribution
Of the 641 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ghana, 268 had been reported from two from the routine surveillance, 258 from enhanced surveillance activities and 115 from travellers who had been beforehand underneath obligatory quarantine in Accra and Tamale.
Areas which have reported circumstances are Greater Accra, Ashanti, Central, Eastern, Western, Volta, Northern, North East, Upper East, and Upper West.
