The habits of those that never get stressed are streamlined with one simple realization: They understand that stressing about something won’t change anything.
Due to truly understanding the effects of this realization they enable themselves to take the following habits seriously:
They Do not think about their Stress – There is no reason to continue to stress about something they are either going to change or that they cannot affect.
They Act on what Stresses them – Everything they can change that causes them stress they will change. Even if it is hard, uncomfortable or takes a tremendous amount of courage, they will do what it takes to remove any and all stressors from their life.
They Believe in their Ability to Figure Things out – The only reason that they can believe in their ability is because they have acted on things in the past that were solved through their actions. This positive reinforcement is now supports them; although it did cause them to have to be brave at one point.

They Stack up on Great Things – While a lot of these people are able to circumvent their stress or not be affected by it, it still takes a toll on their energy. They have to recharge and need to do enough in the day and in their life to be able to do so.
They Focus on Bigger Things – Whatever stresses them in the moment will always pale to their overarching goal. They remind themselves of this whenever they feel too stressed out.
They Keep Moving – Because of the Bigger Things they need to do they do not have the liberty or desire to stop and are therefore pushed to keep moving. Fortunately, this small push conveniently gets them to circumvent a lot of the more stressful thought spirals they would otherwise encounter.
They Take Effective Time for Themselves – Every day they do something that they enjoy doing and that recharges them actively. None of these passive avoidance activities such as watching TV or mindlessly browsing the Web.
They Look at what they Have – Going with #5, the people that never get stressed focus more on the things that matter more. They focus on their goals, on what they have instead of what is missing from their lives and on the things they can affect and do rather than the things they can’t.
They Smile – As often, as wide and as honestly as possible, these people try to create joy in whichever form they can. Stay happy, stay optimistic, and most importantly: Smile every once in a while.
